exergy of a system

June 17, 2010

The exergy of a system is the maximum useful work that can be extracted from that system until it reaches equilibrium with its environment. This is why I am interested in working with exergy rather than entropy that count non useful energy in the system. Exergy can be destroyed by irreversibilities of a process. An exergy analysis (or 2nd Law analysis) is a very powerful way of optimizing complex thermodynamic systems in this life. Current and on-going research efforts is to examine a variety of adsorption related areas in the future and interested had thwarted to the following areas that I will keep updating my WebLog. (Please hit to download first example that I would like to present). Attached is a good case study  done     and also some useful information about the properties of liquids and vapors and atomic mass table. But still I am looking for more advanced modeling leading to much more economic investigation which I hope one of my students could do In Shaallah. With My trust …. Mohammed Al.Ansari
