What is the concept of food security? ما هو مفهوم الأمن الغذائي ؟

Food security means absolute food production within a single country, including equal to or greater than domestic demand. The food security means the relative ability of a State or group of States to provide goods and foodstuffs in whole or in part. Can distinguish between two levels of food security, absolute and relative, Food security means absolute food production within a single country equivalent to or greater than domestic demand and this level is synonymous with full self-sufficiency and food security is also known as self-government. It is clear that such a wide selection of absolute food security of many criticisms against it in addition to being unrealistic, and that too on the State or the country concerned can benefit from international trade based on specialization and division of labor and the exploitation of comparative advantages. The food security means the relative ability of a State or group of States to provide goods and foodstuffs in whole or in part. Also known as governorates   ability or group of governorates to provide the needs of their community or communities of basic food commodities in whole or in part, to ensure the minimum of these needs on a regular basis and build on this previous definition, the concept of food security, relative not necessarily mean the production of all basic food needs, but is intended primarily providing the materials needed for the provision of needs through other products where it has the country or countries on a comparative advantage over other countries. Thus, the relative concept of food security should be based on three pillars. They are as following:
1.Abundance of food
2.Availability of food commodities in the market permanently
3.Commodity prices are close to the citizens savings
