Symposium on environmental challenges begins Sun, 19 December 2010

For the past 18 years, the JCCP has been organising annual symposia related to the environment in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. The symposia provide forums for exchanging views and information on multitudes of issues ranging from water treatment, usage and management, to improvement of the desert environment. The aim of these symposia is to present results of research and innovative technologies related to environmental problems. It is expected that the contribution from participants from GCC countries as well as from Japan will be of valuable interest. The University has hosted this series of symposia twice in the past.
